Gangplank Townhomes - Moneta Virginia - Smith Mountain Lake

The HOA (Homeowners Association) of Gangplank reached out to us to provide them with a competitive quote and solutions for the roof replacement of each of the townhomes located at 117 Gangplank Cir, Moneta, VA. This was a unique multi-phase project that required attention to detail as well as speed due to the time of the year. The roof was installed prior to Memorial Day in order to beat the kickoff to summer at Smith Mountain Lake.

Shelter Construction Services used a meticulous method to remove & replace each roof while maintaining cleanliness and the ability for each homeowner to come and go unhindered during the operation. One unique feature of the townhomes is the skylights (center skylights) we had to provide a proprietary method of flashing the skylights. Along with the unique challenge of Flashing the Stone Chimneys. They all received new Copper Chimney Flashings.
