The total project timeframe took about 2 weeks.  This was expected due to the fact that there are multiple aspects and complications on this roof that require extra attention to detail and making sure that the roof is completely water tight.  One of the main request of the Homeowner was that we pull a Building Permit.  This was easy to do because Shelter Construction Services has met the requirements by the State & City to be able to do this.  We have to pay an annual Business License as well as have our Insurance & Contractor License Vetted by the City Inspections.  

This roof is unique because of the hybrid aspect (Metal Roof and Flat membrane). This requires a level of roofing expertise that most companies do not have. With careful coordination we put together this seamless roof system with the beautify and uniqueness of all the fasteners being hidden.
