Hail Damage Claims can be complicated and having the right scope of work can mean the difference in a few hundred dollars to thousands of dollars that you are not getting the benefit of because there are items missing.  Items like Copper can vary in cost greatly compared to the Xactimate estimates that the Insurance Adjusters use.
